Indications for Use

Used for increased nervous excitability (neurasthenia) and sleep disorders. In children — for the treatment of stuttering and tics.

Composition & Active Ingredient

Active Ingredient: Aminophenylbutyric acid

Composition: Each tablet contains: active substance — aminophenylbutyric acid hydrochloride 250 mg; excipients — lactose (monohydrate), corn starch, crospovidone, povidone K-30, calcium stearate.

Dosage & Administration

Dosage: For increased nervous excitability and sleep disorders — 250–500 mg 3 times a day. Maximum single doses: adults — 750 mg, patients over 60 years — 500 mg. Course of treatment — 2–3 weeks (may be extended to 4–6 weeks if necessary). Children under 8 years — 125 mg 3 times a day; 8 to 14 years — 250 mg 3 times a day; over 14 years — adult doses.

Usage Instructions: Tablets are taken orally after meals, with water. The tablet can be divided into two equal doses. Duration of treatment is determined by the physician based on the condition, tolerability and effect achieved.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the active substance or excipients. Acute renal failure. Pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Storage & Packaging

Storage Conditions: Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Keep out of reach of children. Shelf life — 2 years.
