Indications for Use

Acute myocardial infarction; chronic heart failure; cardiac surgery; conditions of skeletal muscle overstrain.

Composition & Active Ingredient

Active Ingredient: Creatine phosphate sodium

Composition: 1 vial contains: active substance — creatine phosphate sodium (as tetrahydrate) — 1.0 g.

Dosage & Administration

Dosage: The initial dose is 1.0 g, administered intravenously 1–2 times a day over 30–45 minutes. To obtain a solution with a concentration of 2.5 g/l (10 mmol/l), it is added to a cardioplegic solution.

Usage Instructions: Powder for solution for infusion, administered as an intravenous drip.

Contraindications

Individual hypersensitivity to the drug.

Storage & Packaging

Storage Conditions: Store in a place protected from light at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Keep out of reach of children. Shelf life — 2 years.
